Jenny is Progressive Promotions' co-founder and principal. She has converted her passion for causes into 25 years of social action, working in the areas of women's issues, health care, at-risk children and youth, education, civil rights and the environment. She is skilled in media relations, persuasive writing, strategic planning, community organizing, public policy advocacy and fundraising. Kim is a grantwriting pro, having brought in grant money for a range of clients, from small start-up organizations in rural Colorado writing their first grant application to major metropolitan school districts seeking large federal grants. She is exceptionally skilled at helping nonprofits develop grant proposals based on a logic model to ensure they are clear and compelling. In 1971, the Denver Post ran a photo of 8 year-old Jason clutching a "STUDENTS LOVE TEACHERS" sign during a DPS contract dispute. He's been agitating as an executive director, researcher, political strategist and media consultant on behalf of public education, anti-nuclear, environmental, population, women's health, business ethics, media integrity and anti-radical right movements ever since.
