Meet the Team
Jenny Davies
President
Jenny started Progressive Promotions in 2004 to help advocacy nonprofits win policy and elections. While Margaret Mead’s famous quote is her motto – “Never doubt that a small group of committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has” – she’s all about having fun in the process!
With an M.A., a P.R. graduate certificate, and 30+ years of experience, she crafts inspirational messaging, develops effective strategy and places compelling stories in the media on worker rights, reproductive justice, affordable housing and many other progressive issues.
Adventurous cook, avid gardener, outdoor enthusiast, voracious reader.

Hector Salas Gallegos
Digital Engagement Manager
Hector is a Western Slope feller who started his journey in the Grand and Roaring Fork valleys. He started a journalism and digital career from scratch, finding out convention is best used sparingly. Along the way, he's had the fortune of winning journalistic awards and driving grassroots digital efforts rooted in justice. It's a staunch belief of his that no one does anything great without the help of others.

Morgan Novy
Visual Communications Manager
Morgan got a taste for digital storytelling while working at a Denver-based production company. She soon discovered that what truly filled her heart was to tell progressive, advocacy-oriented stories and she never looked back. She’s the most inspired when amplifying messages of social justice. Morgan’s of the belief that creativity is ever-evolving and experimental and you should have fun doing the work.

Katie Reinisch
Earned Media Strategist
Changing the world by changing minds led Katie to a long and varied career in grassroots organizing, lobbying and earned media outreach. Never shy to get in good trouble, she’s been a leader at national NARAL, Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains, the CO House Democrats and numerous non-profits, civil rights efforts and campaigns. (Never mind that failed effort at small business due to her anti-capitalist streak.)
Late-life motorcycle chick, world traveler, West Wingnut. Known for her persistent pitching, soft heart and foul mouth.

Anne “Pogo” Pogoriler
Digital Content Contractor
Pogo is a veteran of many battles on behalf of the imperative of good design, well-written content, and compelling calls-to-action. She has a knack for synthesizing large amounts of technical information across a variety of disciplines and a passion for communicating it with clarity and visual appeal.
