Design
WFCO wanted The Womanifesto to complement their ballot guides from previous elections but have a refreshed look and feel. So we created a visual identity for the campaign that emphasized color, graphic elements, and font.
We kept the design simple throughout the guide for maximum accessibility, using font size and color to highlight key takeaways. We know that election resources can be long and overwhelming so we make this quickly digestible for voters.
Social Media Toolkits
We set up a social media toolkit through SoSha to simplify sharing. The toolkit contained The Womanifesto social media content for each ballot initiative and videos featuring WFCO staff.
This toolkit was circulated throughout their network so partners and allies could easily share on-message content through their channels.

Earned Media
Progressive Promotions conducted multiple rounds of outreach to local and statewide media outlets to elevate the ballot initiatives WFCO supported.
We were delighted with two stories from The Colorado Sun – one on statewide ballot measures, including Amendment 79/reproductive justice and another on child care measures.
Blogs & Op-Eds
Working closely with WFCO staff, Progressive Promotions helped identify, recruit, manage and follow up with several policy experts and organization leaders to write opinion pieces about key ballot measures. We were quite successful in pitching them as op-eds published in local newspapers/online sites, which WFCO reposted as blogs.
